Seventh week of teaching practice

The seventh week of our teaching practice started on 18/12/2018 and ended at 21/12/2018.
                                On Monday I reached school at 9:15 am.Today was the fourth day of the third terminal examination.  On Morning session standard 9 and 10 got examination. Afternoon standard 8 got examination.
                                Tuesday was the fifth day of third terminal examination.on the morning session standard 9 and  standard 8 got examination. Afternoon we distributed food among the children. Afternoon standard 8 got examination.
                                 Wednesday was the sixth day of the examination. As the same as earlier the standard 9 and 10 got examination. And afternoon standard 8 got examination.
                                 On Thursday we reached school at 9:15 am. And it was the last day of the examination. At the morning session standard 9 and 10 got examination. Afternoon standard 8 got examination. Then by 4:00 pm we all went home.
                       This week we distributed food among the children on all days. And we signed the register at morning and afternoon.

Self Reflection
              This week we got four working days. As it was the exam week we don't have any duties allotted.we got Christmas celebration this week

Sixth week of teaching practice

The sixth week of our teaching practice started on 11/12/17 to 15/12/17. On all these days we reached the school at 9:15 am. And at noon we distributed food among the children. The second terminal examination was started in this week on Wednesday.
                                 On Monday our option teachers came to observe our classes. In third period my teacher observed my class and pointed out the mistakes. On the 7th period I completed my 21st lesson plan at std 9. Then afternoon at 8th period I  got substitution at std 6.
                            On Tuesday on the first period I observed the class of Lekha. On the second period I went to observe Anju's class. Then on third period I completed my 22nd lesson plan at std 9. On the fifth period I completed my 23rd lesson plan at std 9.And at 8th period we got substitution at std 9.
                              Wednesday  the second terminal examination started at the school.  There was examination on Thursday and Friday. So we don't have any classes or substitution get on the school. By 4:00 pm we all went home.

Self Reflection
          This week I completed my 3 lesson. Plans with the cooperation of my children. And the week was really amazing.
                             
                           

Fifth week of teaching practice

This was the fifth week of our teaching practice. This week was started from 4/12/2017 to 8/12/2017.
                                   On Monday on the first period I observed the class of Lekha at std 8 and noted down the evaluating points.Then on the second period along with Lekha I went  std 6 for substitution. Afternoon there was school PTA meeting.
                                   Tuesday, on the first period I went to std 8th for substitution. On the second period I observed the class of Anju at std 8 and On third period I observed the class of Swathy at std 9. Afternoon on 5th & 6 th period I went to std 9 for substitution and taught my 16 th lesson plan there.
                                 On Wednesday on the second period  I went for substitution at std 10. Then at 2nd period I got observation by Bincy miss. She made Goood comments on my teaching.Thrj on third period I observed the class of Swathy at std 9. Then on the 6th,7th,8th we got substitution at std 8,9&10.I went to std 9 and completed my 17 th lesson plan.
                              Thursday, at first period I observed the class of Lekha at std 9. On the second period I went for substitution at std 9 and completed my 18 th lesson plan. On 6 th period I observed the class of Anju at std 8. Afternoon on the 7 th period I also completed my 19 th lesson plan at std 9.
                                Friday,I observed the class of Anju and Swathy at first and third period respectively. The afternoon at 6 th period I taught my 20 th lesson plan at std 9. Then on 7 th and 8 th period I went for substitution at std 8.
                                  All these days I reached the school at 9:15 am.And signed the register at morning and afternoon. We distributed food among the children all these days and returned home by 4pm.

Self reflection

  On the fifth week of our teaching practice I completed 5 lesson plans. This week I observed the class of my co- teachers. And this week was really nice for me as a student teacher.
                      

Fourth week of teaching practice

This week of teaching practice was seemed as same as the earlier ones. On Monday I got  so many substitution at Upper primary classes. Then on the third period I completed my 13 th lesson plan at std 9.
           On Tuesday  I reached school at 9:15 am. This day I completed my 14 th lesson plan on std 9. Then went for substitution at various classes
              On Wednesday I sent for substitution at upper primary classes. On the third period I have done my diagnostic test on standard 9.
              On Thursday on 6 th period I completed my 15 th lesson plan. There wax no class on Friday.so this week Ee got only 4 working days.All these days  I reached on the school at earliest as possible. And distributed food among the children.

Curricular Activities
      I completed my 3 lesson plans on this week. I have done my diagnostic test on Wednesday. The students answered best to the test

Self reflection
  As the same as the earlier weeks this week also was really interesting. On this week we got so many substitution and it helped to make good interaction with the students of lower classes in the school.

Third week of teaching practice

The third week of our teaching practice was really nice. Every day l reached school at 9:15 am and signed our register . On all days of teaching practice we , the student teachers distributed Foood among the children. On Monday I went for substitution at std 7 on the second period. Then at 7th period I completed my 8th lesson plan.
                               On Tuesday our beloved principal Mr.Brahmanandan sir visited our school. He made a really nice talk with us about his teaching experience and so on.And at fourth period I completed my 9 th lesson plan at std 9.
                               Wednesday was as same as the other days . I completed my  one more lesson plan on std 9 . On Thursday also I completed 2 more lesson plans.
                               On Friday there was an awareness class conducted at the school. The topic was adolescent health and the class was meant for the 8 th & 9 th std students. The class was conducted by Dr.Lijo and Dr.Sherin. On the last period we got sargavela and the students performed their level best to the class.

Curricular Activities
  On his week with the help of my sweet students I completed 5 lesson plans.

Co curricular Activities
     On this week there was an awareness class conducted on the school and it was really informative.

Self Reflection
         According to myself this week seemed good for me. And the awareness class  was really beneficial.

Second Week of Teaching Practice

The second week of our teaching practice was really wonderful because so many programs were conducted on the scho on the week. Every day morning we signed the register and at noon distributed food among the children.  Tuesday, November 14 ,was the children's day ,the birthday of Jawaharlal Nehru.So on the  assembly  we commemorated him.Various programmes were organized. On Thursday there was a special programmes conducted at the school.It was the inauguration and distribution of VidyaJyothi Scholarship sponsored by Canara  Bank. Then the students were given cashew plants. On Friday the school along with a nearby organization conducted a seminar on the topic "Protection of Women and Children " with the cooperation of Child line.It was really informative. So the second week went really good and enjoyable.

Self Reflection

This week was really good for me.The awareness class give more information about how to find and tackle the problem of abuses and exploitation among students. As a teacher trainee I observed  how they organized such programme at school.

First week of teaching practice

On the first week of our teaching practice ,everyday morning we signed the register in the presence of our headmistress and distributed food among the children at noon.The first week of our teaching practice started on 8th November. We got only three working days.We just refreshed our introduction with students. I completed my 3 lesson plans in this week .And my students were really cooperative. And every day we had to go for substitution in various classes and all of us tried to impart something to the students. The first week went really well for all of us.
