Teaching Practice Week 6

It is the sixth week of our teaching practice. On Monday Anju and I wentvfor substitution at standard 6th. And on second period I went to standard 6th English medium. On Tuesday there was an exclusive English assembly conducted by standard 6th English medium students on the supervision of Anu teacher .it was a really nice one. Wednesday and Thursday there  was no substitution got for us.On Friday I went to standard 10th for substitution.On this week I completed my 5 lesson plans at standard 9th and gave them the textbook activities. My students were really cooperative with me.All these days we distributed food among the children.

Curricular Activities
This week I taught my 5 lesson plans.
My students completed their notebooks and I checked them.

Co Curricular Activities
There was no other co curricular activities done than the English assembly.

Self Reflection
As per days passing I'm feeling changes in my teaching style. I tried to improve my knowledge up to date.

Teaching Practice Week 5

This was the fifth week of our teaching practice. Everyday we signed the register in the presence of the HM. In all days we distributed meal among the students. I completed my 5 lesson plans on this week. Monday I took the 9th standard students for PT.Tuesday the was assembly on the School.On Wednesday I had to go for substitution at 6th standard  because of staff meeting. Thursday Gopika miss came for the observation of S.S students and there was a vegetable seed distribution in the school in cooperation with Horticorp. On Friday Bincy miss came and observed my class.Afternoon the school PTA was arranged.This week was really good.

Co Curricular Activities
On Friday there was a science quiz arranged on 5th period. On Friday there was sargavela period .

Self Reflection
This week was also really nice.My madam observed my class and pointed out my negatives that I could make certain improvements.

Teaching practice week 4

It was the fourth week of my teaching practice. On Monday l along with my frnds decided to conduct the field study,which was a part of our BEd curriculum, on Wednesday. We prepared the notes.At noon we distributed food among the students. Afternoon our psychology madam came and observed our classes.On the next day there was an emergency assembly announced at the 2nd period.It was for the inauguration of  Ente Kaumudi  programme.On Wednesday we conducted two awareness class on behalf of the field study.We took students of std 8&9 together for the class.Anju was assigned for the welcome speech . Then our HM inagurated the programme. Then Swathy took class on Hygiene and I took a class on Deforestation. Lekha thanked all of them.The presence of Jagadish Sir,Sreekumar Sir,Ambily Tr,Princy Tr,Deepa Tr,Sunitha Tr give us support and encouragement. It was a really nice experience. On Thursday we helped students of std 9 for assembly. Today I got so many substitutions.And on the last day of the week Friday we got no substitutions.All these days we all tried to complete our lesson plans and distributed meal among the students. It was a pleasant week we got. Our frnd Swathy will not come for the following day's practice as she took her maternity leave.

Co curricular Activities
On tueday Mrs.Smitha Ajith ,wife  of the Sreekishna Group chairman Mr Ajith inaugurated the  Ente Kaumudi program in the presence of our H M Mrs Muthulekshmi. On Wednesday we conducted a field study .

Self reflection
This week was really good. By conducting an awareness class I improved my confidence.

Teaching practice week 3

The third week of our teaching practice was good.On Monday I taught my fourth lesson plan on std 9. On the same day we have done our first peer evaluation.We prepared the students of std 7 for that days assembly. On Wednesday there was a book exhibition on the school.It was a really nice one.The was a quiz completion took place at the school on Thursday. All the students participated very well.On Friday we went to std 10 and made a chat with them.On all these days we distributed meal among the students.

Wednesday there was a book exhibition on the school in connection with vayanadinam.And on thursday there was a quiz arranged

Self Reflection
The teaching experience was really good.I could get more attached to the school environment.

Teaching practice week 2

On the second week of our  teaching practice we got only 3 working days.Tuesday I taught my new lesson plan on std 9 and on the substitution periods I made the U P students to draw pictures. Muneer of std  7 made a paper crane for me.On the  next day , Thursday ,Shine of std 9  read a story on the assembly. All the days we distributed meal among the students. Afternoon a    meeting of the school PTA was organized. And we have to go for substitution till 4 pm .On Friday Gopila miss and Bincy miss came for observing the class. On the second period Bincy madam observed my class and wrote down my positives and negatives.Teachers pointed out the points where we need improvement. After all the second week of our teaching practice seems really good.

Self Reflection

This week was really good for me .I got so many chance to interact with a the students in the school.The U P students were very cute and also very obedient to us.
